There are a couple of options to contact us:
Option 1: You can easily contact our support from within the app.
1. Tap on the Settings menu, the button in the top left corner.
2. Under the section Other settings, you will see two options - Rate 1tap and Support.
2.1. If you want to rate us and give us feedback, please tap on the Rate 1tap button. Here, you can rate us by choosing the first option.
2.2. If you tap the Support button you'll be directed to our Help Centre. You can browse the articles or use the search button and find by keyword the information you need. From the Support button, you can also contact us. If you want to send us a question or suggestion just tap the contact us field, in the top right corner. Then a window will open and you can describe your issue and send it to us.
Android only: Tap on the red plus icon or tap on the menu icon in the top right corner and then tap on the plus icon.
Option 2: You can also contact us from our website by clicking the contact form (https://1tap.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/requests/new). It is located at the bottom of the page, under company information section.
Option 3: If you prefer social media, you can message us on Facebook (https://www.facebook.com/1tapreceipts/) or Twitter page (https://twitter.com/1tap_receipts?lang=en).
