Refund of Prime subscription

If you have changed your mind about 1Tap Receipt Prime subscription, you can request a refund within 14 days of purchase.


All refunds of purchases on App Store are handled by Apple. You can find information on how to request a refund HERE.

"Right of cancellation: If you choose to cancel your order, you may do so within 14 days from when you received your receipt without giving any reason.

To cancel your order, you must inform us of your decision. To ensure immediate processing we recommend you use Report a Problem to cancel all items with the exception of Apple Music, iTunes Match, Season Pass, Multi-Pass, and unredeemed iTunes Gifts purchased directly from Apple. The excepted items can be cancelled by contacting iTunes Support. You also have the right to inform us using the model cancellation form below or by making any other clear statement. If you use Report a Problem we will communicate acknowledgement of receipt of your cancellation to you without delay.

To meet the cancellation deadline, you must send your communication of cancellation before the 14-day period has expired.

Effects of cancellation: We will reimburse you no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive your cancellation notice. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the transaction, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement."



Defective or accidental purchase refunds

Apps, games, & in-app purchases (including subscriptions)

You may request a refund within 48 hours of the transaction if something you bought isn’t working, isn’t what you expected, was bought by accident, or you changed your mind about the purchase. Depending on your specific situation, we may be able to help. If your refund is approved you will lose access to the content.

Note: If you request a refund for a subscription, you'll also need to cancel the subscription. 

Refunds within 2 hours of purchase

For apps and games:

  1. Open the Google Play Store appPlay Store.
  2. Tap menuMenuand thenAccountand thenOrder history.
  3. Find the app or game you'd like to return.
  4. Touch Refund to complete your refund and uninstall the app.

Note: you can only return an app or game for a refund once. If you buy it again you will not be able to get a refund.

For in-app items (including subscriptions)

Refunds within 48 hours of purchase

Submit a refund request online. You’ll usually get a decision within 15 minutes, but it can take up to two business days.

If you bought 1Tap Receipts subscription through Stripe, contact our support at within 14 days of your purchase and we will handle your refund.
