1. Open the app.
2. Tap on the camera button. This will open the camera. Be sure your photo is in focus and avoid capturing other stuff in the photo beside your receipt.
2.1 Another way to do this is to tap on the 'More button' in the top right corner of your home screen. Then choose the 'Single Expense' option.
3. Tap the red button to submit the photo for processing.
That's it! All you need to do next is wait for the receipt to be processed. After that, you can see your receipt in the 'Recent' tab. Last 10 snaps you have taken are stored there. Under the 'All' tab you are able to see all the receipts you have in the app.
If you've scanned the wrong receipt, don't worry. Tap on the receipt in the processing queue. This will open the receipt. At the bottom of the screen, you will see three available options - retake, split or delete. You can either delete or resubmit the receipt. For Android users, these options are not available yet.
If your receipt fails to upload, don't worry. Just tap on the receipt in the processing queue and choose the resubmit button. To resubmit a failed receipt in Android, just tap on the failed receipt and it will try to upload again.
