- Edit profile function
When you tap on the Edit button, you will be able to personalise and edit all the information about your account - first and last name, telephone number, business information like where is your business located, what is your profession and other. You can change every field except the email address. If you want to change the email that you have registered with into the app, then please contact us through the 'Support' button and we will do that for you.
- Refer a friend - available for UK users only
You want to refer 1tap receipts to your friends, then just tap on the Refer a Friend button.
This button will take to an activation screen for the email-in feature. The email-in feature makes it possible for you to forward your digital receipts to your unique 1tap email address. Every 1tap user gets an automatic 1tap email, which redirects your digital expenses to our system, so we can extract the data from the receipts and upload the info to your account. Tap on Activate Email-in in order to turn that option on. More about email-in, you can read here.
The tags button will take you to a "manage your tags" screen. Tap on that button in order to create a new tag.
- Save Receipts as Photos
If you turn this feature on, all of the receipts that you upload through the app will also save as photos in your photo album.
- Open on Camera
This option will automatically open your app on camera mode if turned on.
- Share with Accountant - available for UK users only
This feature allows to share your receipt's data with your accountant, you can find detailed instructions how to use it here.
- PDF Image Export
This feature gives you the possibility to easily export your receipts images in a PDF file.
- CSV Export
This feature is for exporting your receipt data in a comprehensive CSV file. Here you can find detailed instructions on how to use the export feature.
- Tax Income - available for UK users only
This feature allows you to change your income tax rate. Here you can find more info on how this works.
- Rate 1tap
If you want to rate us and give us feedback, please tap on the Rate 1tap button. This will forward you to the Apple or Google Play store where you can leave your review.
If you tap the Support button you'll be directed to our Help Centre. You can browse the articles or use the search button and find by keyword the information you need. From the 'Support' option you can also contact us. If you want to send us a question or suggestion just tap the 'Contact us' field.
- Restore Purchases - available for UK users only
If you have subscribed to our Prime version and you still see a limitation of scans, the reason for that could be that your app hasn't updated yet. In that case, just tap the Restore Purchases button. This should enable Prime and you should be able to enjoy all the Prime features again.
- Log out
If you want to log out of the app, the proper way to do that is to tap the Log Out button on the bottom of the 'Settings' menu.
